  • Qi in the Traditional Chinese Medicine stands for the life energy that is ever present in the environment and within our bodies. Chinese Tai Chi and Qi Gong health exercises work on the body to nurture, enhance and nourish that Qi energy.

Indian Yoga tradition also works on the body to nourish the Prana, which is what they call life energy; it aims to work through the Nadis, energy channels, and Chakras.

Raul will work with both disciplines and integrate them, to give the students a possibility to improve their overall health and a wider understanding of their own practice; as well as train focusing their awareness within their own innermost being.

During the class we will be focusing on observing and nurturing the Qi/Prana energy in the body, as well as Chakras, Nadis and meridians.

Raul will be incorporating Hatha Yoga asanas, Pranayama and meditation with Chinese Qi energy and flow meditation exercises.

    Suggested Donation: $10
