We are looking for a Company Secretary to join our team at Buddhist Library Ltd in a volunteer capacity.

The Buddhist Library is a non-sectarian, not-for-profit educational organisation based in Camperdown, Sydney that makes available to the public Buddhist literature with a unique collection of books and ebooks. It is also a meditation centre and public space for the practice and teaching of mindfulness.

The Buddhist Library has a strong core of volunteers to help run the organisation and offer a public space for mindfulness practice.

The Company Secretary is involved in organising Board meetings, taking Board minutes and helping with the administration and running of the organisation. The skills required for the job include good organising and concise writing skills.
