    Join visiting Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal in a discussion about the Buddha’s first turning of the wheel of Dharma, the Four Noble Truths. The Dharma talk will be translated from the Tibetan language into English and will cover an introduction on these important teachings of the Buddha:

    • the Truth of Dissatisfaction
    • the Truth of the Cause
    • the Truth of Cessation
    • the Truth of the Path.

    Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to participate in a Q & A session with Geshe-ma and gain further insight into topics related to Tibetan Buddhism.

    Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal is visiting from Jamyang Choling Institute, in Dharamsala, India. Geshe-ma has recently completed her studies and was bestowed the title ‘Geshe-ma’ on completion of her successful examinations.
