The Divine Feminine in Action

A Public Talk and Candlelight Puja – 5.30 pm

Feminine essence can be viewed in many ways and on different levels. In eastern traditions, especially in Buddhism, the divine feminine has a specific meaning considered to live at the heart of everything. She is revered and respected as the spacious quality of mind itself. Subtle, mystifying, intriguing, nuturing and pervasive, the divine feminine is dynamic and beyond gender.

In today’s fast-paced, chaotic, competitive and materialistic world we so easily become stressed and fixed in habit and suffer from disappointment and dis-satifaction. The divine feminine aspect of flexibility, flow and spontaneity needs reactivation in both men and women.

Khandro Rinpoche, a living yogini, embodies these qualities.  She will share with us through her presence how to activate our divine feminine so we can increasingly move into the realm of ever flowing wisdom.

Flower and Candle Mandala 6.45 pm

This healing practice from the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition, involves preparing a beautiful mandala of flowers and candles.  Participants are invited to invoke the deceased and those in their lives who are going through difficulties, with the intent that all sufferings, pain, guilt and regret transform into wisdom and compassion.

This unique and flowing ceremony emanates from the heart of Khandro Rinpoche – it has a special feminine touch so much needed in these material times. Flowers beautifully blossom forth the natural colours of the mandala whilst light illuminates the darkness of ignorance.  The ceremony allows participants to deepen and engage in a transformative process. The text for this ceremony has been extracted from the “Shitro Nyedon Nyingpo” (terma of Terton Jatson Nyingpo).

On the evening please bring the names and a monetary offering in the name of the deceased and other dear ones in your life who have obstacles.  These will be sent to Khachodling’s Himalayan Yogis and Nuns so that they may perform the full 49 day puja on their behalf. It is also possible to make an offering to Khandro Rinpoche for her teachings during this session.

Individual healing sessions or house blessings are available upon appointment with an offering as available in Rinpoche’s schedule.
