Organised by the Dzogchen Community
Over six hours we will explore the individual dynamic of the breath, learning how to observe and remove unnecessary tensions with the purpose of creating a solid base for breathing practice or use in daily life. Once learned, in just 15 minutes a day the techniques can be applied anywhere, at any time to improve the quality of everyday life.
Harmonious Breathing is a system firmly rooted in the teachings and knowledge of the ancient Tibetan tradition of Yantra Yoga, one of the oldest recorded systems of yoga in the world. Yantra Yoga was taught by the Tibetan Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu to a number of dedicated students in the eighties who in turn have developed the Harmonious Breathing techniques to aid meditation practitioners and people in general.
Arnaud Coquillard is a qualified Harmonious Breathing teacher and member of the International Dzogchen Community. See https://www.harmoniousbreathing.com/
